No minimum contract
We always like to make things as easy as possible for our customers, which is why we make sure our insurance policies are flexible and if you need to, you can cancel at any time, subject to terms and conditions. We don't want to restrict you, which is why we'll never tie you down to 12 month or longer contracts.
14-day money back guarantee
We'll provide you with a full refund if you choose to cancel your policy within 14 days of the policy start-date, as long as you haven't made a claim. Our service includes a two-week grace period, so that you won't lose out should you decide to change your mind.
We provide unlimited claims

This policy is underwritten by Collinson Insurance Europe Limited, regulated and authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority, with a registration number C8997 and registered office at Third Floor, Development House, St. Anne Street, Floriana, FRN 9010, Malta.

Your policy is administered by AGS Pier GmbH (UK Branch).

We understand the inconvenience that being without a phone or tablet can cause, which is why we endeavour to have a replacement device in your hands within 48 hours of us approving your claim.

Once we've agreed your claim, we'll endeavour to replace your device with the same make, model and colour. We'll then send it to you as quickly as possible. If your device isn't manufactured anymore, we will provide the nearest comparable model.

As your policy is not a ‘replacement as new’ policy, all mobile phone or tablet replacements we send out may be brand new or refreshed devices, but they will all come with a 12-month warranty.

We ensure that the quality of refurbished devices is so high that you won’t be able to differentiate them from new ones. Please note that refreshed devices may hold some non-original parts.
