No minimum contract
We always like to make things as easy as possible for our customers, which is why we make sure our insurance policies are flexible and if you need to, you can cancel at any time, subject to terms and conditions. We don't want to restrict you, which is why we'll never tie you down to 12 month or longer contracts.
14-day money back guarantee
We'll provide you with a full refund if you choose to cancel your policy within 14 days of the policy start-date, as long as you haven't made a claim. Our service includes a two-week grace period, so that you won't lose out should you decide to change your mind.
We provide unlimited claims
Unlike some other insurance providers in the market, we don't have a limit on the number of claims you can make. That's irrespective of what the cause was. So if your phone gets damaged twice in one year, you don't need to worry as we'll still have you covered.

We understand the inconvenience that being without a phone or tablet can cause, which is why we endeavour to have a replacement device in your hands within 48 hours of us approving your claim.

Once we've agreed your claim, we'll endeavour to replace your device with the same make, model and colour. We'll then send it to you as quickly as possible. If your device isn't manufactured anymore, we will provide the nearest comparable model.
